Upload speed to Comet is very slow - 1.75 hours for 2GB ISO

I read somewhere long ago that the upload speed to the Comet was super slow, but I did not think a 2GB ISO would take an hour and 45 minutes.

This is on a LAN.

Could it really take this long to upload?

Personally, I only used the upload for small ISOs.. Used the URL option for a larger ISO and it did load quickly.

Just did it now (URL) and it was transferring 15-19 MB/s. Using wget from the command line it transferred at 66.8MB/s.

The time estimate provided, ended up being fairly accurate. 1.5 hrs to upload a 2GB ISO. I don't know how to upload an ISO from the controlling computer to the Comet using a URL. The ISO's I have are not found at some website. They are custom bootable ISO images that are specific for the controlled computer.

My purchase of the Comet was within the past 45 days, through amazon. When did you buy yours, and through whom? So, my question is, were there any hardware changes made during the production runs creating Comets?

Start a small HTTP server, there are a number of free simple ones. Use the IP address in the URL instead of a domain name.

You can also use any ISO as a test, Debian or Ubuntu as examples.

Amazon.com within the past month so I doubt it.

using APP ? in relay mode? using wireless?

Yes, App. Says it's in P2P mode right now. Yes, wireless laptop on my LAN.
