In my country now some problems with electricity appeared, so I bought this UPS (pure sinus)
Can I power X750 from it? Won’t it cause any malfunction?

Shouldn't be any problem for any device, would be weird if there would be problems

For these types of things, if it switches fast enough, for example 12ms then it should be good.

GL has not been tested in 4ms.
Speculated probably that will cause to device restart, but 4ms maybe not, can try it and we will glad to hear your news.

Definitely will be, that cause harm to the chips and adapter if cause the router power down/start.
As long as it is some "double conversion UPS" (двоперетворювальний ДБЖ) it should be totally fine. Because these are the same you will find in server racks or data centers. The double conversion makes sure that the power will never experience some spikes in output.

How UPS can damage your device? It just powers on your power adapter. But if you use 12v UPS (not your case) it can damage your device, but with 220v one it should not.
But if you are really paranoid, you can simply set “manual” mode in settings of your UPS. Like light disappeared, nothing happenes until you press the button. No switch = no theoretical interruption. It will look like normal reboot for device.
I am not sure (because I am not engineer) so better ask support to confirm
