Is there a way to enable USB passthrough for YubiKey?
Unfortunately, this functionality was not incorporated into our original design specifications, so it will most likely be incompatible
You could try usbip to share usb devices over network.
I don't have a KVM or YubiKey to test, but I've been using it to share Codemeter USB dongles whenever I'm not home and it works perfectly. Maybe it helps.
