Using 1.1.1.1 DNS over HTTPS with a bounce page

Many places have a “you must agree by clicking here”, but to get to that page, it needs to redirect the DNS to that page, then you can click and go.
When I enable the DNS over HTTPS in my router, I can’t connect to the internet because there is no way to get redirected to the login.whatever.site page.

Anyone else find a way around this? Or could a feature be added if it can’t connect to 1.1.1.1 (or gets a login page) that it could present it to my browser?

Same here, had to disable and enable every time

I imagine another way is to clone your phone’s Mac address to your gl router, agree the landing page with your phone first, then turn on the router
