Using Eduroam to Connect to Wifi

Hi Everyone, first post so hope someone here will know the answer.

I have the GL-MT3000, and I want to use this router connected to the university network Eduroam, here in the UK. The usage scenario is that I am want to send my images wirelessly from my camera to my ftp server, but eduroam is not a simple ssid and password, it needs you fill in a captive form (something that my camera does not have the capability of doing so).

I have tried numerous times to connect but keeps failing. Has anyone had any success with this?

Hello,

  1. Please download the 4.7.5-op24 firmware and manually upgrade the MT3000.
    GL.iNet download center
  2. Connect the eduraom WiFi through the repeater in the MT3000
