Is every connection i do start via a browser a VPN - connection? If yes, how many VPN connections in parallel are possible?
How can i check if a VPN connection is established?

Yep, it’s possible (that’s the main feature)
Basically only 1 connection at the same time.

It is just one vpn on the router.
All of your connetions in your browser/computer goes to the same vpn.
