Using The Beryl MT3000 On A Flight

Excellent. For sure it will say on your itinerary. We will also be listed on the placard on the cards in the seat in front of you. They take planes in and out of service all the time so other than scheduled, it would be hard to say. It looks like you have a pretty good gouge. I will be on a Max tomorrow, so I'll try once again.

@alzaho one thing to add is that if you have a United Mileage Plus number, login to your Mileage Plus account first. That will allow you to switch devices later if you choose to do so. If you don't, you can still log in normally, but it won't allow you to switch devices and you will have to log in again with a different logon, therefore paying twice.. I have tried both ways, and neither one would allow me to log in to a Max's Wi-Fi with a repeater, but it works great without the repeater.

I do have a United Mileage Plus number. Thanks for letting me know.

Generally I can test the portal before paying.

No Way! I traveled on a United 737 Max this week and the Repeater actually worked as advertised. I did not do anything different. I'll be very interested in what @alzhao finds out. I've had many Max flights with the Beryl, and this is the FIRST time it actually worked. I even disconnected, reconnected, and rebooted and it all came back! To be more specific, this was a Max 8. Still no luck with the Max 9s. :pensive:

I think you’re onto something. My MT3000 connected without any issues to Delta’s WiFi, on the 737-900ER. Must be an issue with the newer generation 737s.

Interesting. Maybe the WiFi provider fixed some bugs.
