UUID for Comet Pro

It appears that the IPv6 DHCP UUID is changing on each reboot. Per RFC 6355, UUIDs used for DHCP should persist across reboots. Is there any way to fix this in the current version?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I will submit it to the R&D team for evaluation.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused!

This is likely because due to IPv6.privacy being enabled.

For wired connections it is disabled explicitly when you set static IP. But Wireless connections it’s not explicitly set. Could also be the same for Ethernet DHCP ?

This could be what is going on. This is in the connman configuration in ethernet*.conwifi*psk in /etc/kvmd/user/connman/.

I don’t believe that is the case here.

IPv6.privacy is disabled on the ethernet, and wifi networking is disabled.
