Very low satisfaction using Proxmox from Gl.Inet KVM

Most times I cannot even put in text, or for sure if I use another window or prog and then go back to the KVM Windows it kinda looses focus and I cannot input anything.
Does anyone have an idea to help me i this issue ?

Hey, how do you connect to the KVM? Browser or App? I use the browser and had in the beginning issues only with the WebRTC-Setting, cause Security/Privacy orientated Browsers might change that settings by default. Also it seems to work better with Chromium based Browsers as Chrome, Brave etc.

I used both method with scarce satisfaction. I can reboot the server and get into the bios/uefi but whe the server runs, let's say for 6h and I try to access it I get only a blank screen.
Anyway using the device on my newer mini-server all is working perfectly.
I guess the adpter from HDMI to DP I used caused the issue.
In the end, great KVM device !

The RM1 need a DP to HDMI adapter. Maybe you can try an adapter from another brand.

provide debug log when you can't input text, see if we can found any problem

Good idea and that is exactly what I tried. Got no luck with 2 no-name and even with a DeLock adapter. Then I tried a USB-C hub - no connection at all.
Waiting for a solution falling from above....

Finally got some satisfaction controlling my proxmox installations. Solution was placing a HDMI to Thunderbolt 10cm adapter cable to connect the video. All working gorgeously so far.
