It would be great to have a single USB C cable to get video, keyboard and mouse so is it possible to support DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Alt Mode) or Thunderbolt support on the usb c port?
It is on our product roadmap.

It is under development, I think it will be out by April next year at the earliest.
Could you tell us more info about your project? Maybe we can add a accessory for our comet to meet your needs if you have enough quantity.

I want to reduce the amount of cables going to my target machines to a single USB C that will carry display, keyboard and mouse. I don’t want to add any more complexity

So are you not releasing Video over USB C for the previous devices then?
They are greedy and don’t want to release video features for RM1 but for more premium models just to pull in more cash. One thing is if they didnt promise anything but even as you can see in this thread they lie. I was also told they were going to release webcam for RM1 to no avail.
