VPN Client not connecting

Hello, I am having some trouble with my travel router set up. The Beryl Router (GL-MT1300) that I set up works fine but the Slate AX (GL-AXT1800) keeps saying “Client is connecting, please wait…”

I have port forwarding setup on my router. I am using the ethernet cable on the router I will use as the server (MT1300). Please advise on what to do. Will post the router log on the bottom.

You can try to check if your client configuration file is set correctly

pretty sure this is a firmware issue. im getting the same type of error. i had my vpn setup fine and now its not connecting after an update. also without the vpn connected the cell modem is constantly dropping connection every 10 seconds

Can you tell me your firmware version so I can verify it. Thanks

4.3.1 for the spitz ax

Can you try the latest snapshot firmware: compiled on 2023-05-25 01:02:58 (UTC+03:00)

NOTE: you can upgrade the firmware while keeping you configurations. I highly recommend though to have a backup of all your configs/settings.

I do not see the this in my upgrade section of the dashboard. I have the v4.2.1

This is how it is set

First download the firmware file I referred to - look at the compile date and time and make sure it is the one I provided.

Access LuCi web interface from Advanced settings section and flash your router from LuCi.

Did you figure this out I am still having the same issue

nope still nothing. im 99% sure its a firmware issue. i emailed my logs in so im hoping its fixed soon on the next update
