VPN Connection Failure Mode

Hi All,

I'd like to use my Wifi Router (Flint 2) as a VPN client. If the connection to the VPN server fails, I would like to disable all inbound/outbound internet traffic. Put another way, I do not want a VPN connection failure to unintentionally unmask my local IP address.

Does anyone know if this is possible for the OpenVPN client? If not possible, is this possible for the WireGuard client?

This happens by default if a VPN connection fails - if you want to be extra secure, you can enable Block no VPN traffic as well: Block No-VPN Traffic - GL.iNet Router Docs 4
