VPN & dnsmasq issue

Hello

I have issues with VPN (Wireguard) and using “Specified Domain / IP List”, which have been already issues in this topic, but is unresolved? VPN Issue (Newbie) - #5 by will.qiu

My Wireguard VPN Configuration is:

and running dnsmasq version 2.85-16:

The nftset= Option is available from dnsmasq 2.90 which have been released in january 2024. On my GL-MT6000 is dnsmasq 2.85 running which is from 2021.

Can you please update the dnsmaq package? Want to use the “Specified Domain / IP List” Feature for my VPN Connection.

Hi

We tested this locally using Flint 2 + v4.8.5 beta 1, and WireGuard Client + “Specified Domain / IP List” works as expected.

We have patched dnsmasq to support the this feature. Please try resetting your device to factory settings and try again.

Kindly be careful not to upgrade the version of any plugins after resetting.
