To replicate the problem
OpenVPN Client —-> starts at boot, hard switch in “ON” position
or
WireGuard Client —-> starts at boot, hard switch in “ON” position
VPN Policies —-> starts at boot
“Please Choose Policies” —-> Domain/IP
“Please Choose Rules” —-> Do not use VPN for the following
Problem
IP Addresses under “Do not use VPN for the items in the list” couldn’t be accessed unless I retoggled the “Enable VPN Policy”
I also cleared cache by restarting my MAC
