Using WireGuard client with Nord Vpn. When I update servers and choose US, it offers only 20 servers, all in Seattle. How do I get this list to populate all U.S. choices?

Currently this isn't possible because of limitation on Nords side:
Is there any way to chose another city, Seattle is too slow. Need Chicago or St Louis. I see a link for beta 4.7, do you think that will help me? What's new in it?
I don't use Nord, so I can't tell if it might help or not.

Can I enter multiple configurations at once, or do they have to be one at a time. If multiple, what is the correct syntax for the txt file?
I cant figure it out. Do I have to delete the key and start over, or is there a way to add new configs to the existing ones? If I can only add one config, that wont work, I often have to switch servers. I dont see how to add the configs, just update the existing, which comes up all Seattle. If I get this figured out, am I still limited to 20 servers? That would be ok.
You might add new configs to a new configuration group.
