I am looking for VPN settings for my GL-A1300. I want to set my location and access from servers to Frankfurt to get the best possible ping. Which VPN can you recommend and which parameters are optimal? 
I recommend WireGuard VPN using Mullvad.
All other settings can keep like they are.
IPsec ikev2 if you are after the best latency. However, it requires technical skills and it is not officially support in GL web interface.
