For the latest news, I managed to hold a videoconference yesterday for 1h without interruption and I can see over a few consecutive hours that I had no packet loss:
20000 packets transmitted, 20000 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
and so for the moment I think I've found an avoidance “solution”...
My “hardware” solution is to interpose a cheap (but gigabit) dlink switch that was lying around in a cupboard...
This way the beryl ax is no longer directly connected to the freebox and the WAN interface (after the first cut shared in my post)
It now seems stable and functional, but it's a shame to lose the ease of transport of the beryl ax solution, as the dlink switch requires a mains adapter and additional equipment...
i'm planning to use this router mainly for travels and so i can't know on which wifi equipment/network i should plug the beryl ax, i'm still hesitating to return the beryl ax and exchange it for a slate ax what do you think?
Can you tell me the pros/cons of beryl ax vs slate ax?
