We MUDI won’t stay connected and running warm

I just bought a new MUDI off Amazon’s few days ago.

First, my carrier is Verizon, with a hotspot plan. Sim was activated in a Verizon Mifi device.

The hotspot connected once and had data, now it just says no internet. I tried manual setup with all listed APN. VzwPda wired once but dropped about 2 hours later and I can’t connect to any apn since then.

Also, since day one the top right corner of the Mudi feels ver warm, even after hours of standby mode.

Maybe warm is not the issue.

But pls try firmware 3.215 GL.iNet download center

Fixed some bugs related to Verizon.
