Web browser can reach remote GLKVM but app not. When I open GLKVM app its saying connecting then gray screen and nothing. But when I try from web browser I can reach GLKVM connected remote desktop.

When unable to connect, what percentage of the connection process is complete?
I'm on Windows 11, Percentage varies typically between 52-79.

Hi - did anything come of this? I tried connecting via the app and its bailing out at up to 75% but a web browser allows me to connect fully.

May I know which product you are using and its firmware version and could you please provide us with the app log.
