Web browser can reach remote GLKVM but app not. When I open GLKVM app its saying connecting then gray screen and nothing. But when I try from web browser I can reach GLKVM connected remote desktop.

This will help us better understand what might be causing the connection issue on the client side.

When unable to connect, what percentage of the connection process is complete?
I'm on Windows 11, Percentage varies typically between 52-79.
