Question regarding SIM card:

Can I use the SIM card for a couple of months, deactivate the card for a few months and then reactivate the card again when I’m in a different location without having to purchase a new SIM card?

Webbing SIM cards don't expire. a new data plan/ top up can always be provisioned as needed.
