What is the operating range of voltage the B1300 will work on?

I run numerous electronics that have a wide voltage operating range. Most of my Cradlepoint routers will run on 9v-24v.
Will the B1300 work on 9v?

B1300 does not work on 9V.

We have other products that works on wide voltage range. For example,
X300B works on 9V-35V
