I can't find any information in the datasheet about which modem connector Mudi (GL-E750) V.1 uses and which Mudi (GL-E750) V.2 uses.
Can I buy the US version of Mudi (GL-E750) V.1 and change the modem to Quectel EG25-G?

Quectel EC25 series is LTE CAT4 -> mini pcie.
Quectel EM060K series is LTE-A Cat 6 -> m.2.

Yep. If the module built-in by default can meet the needs of use, recommend using the default module.

The speed of CAT 4 and 6 can be Google, but the actual connection speed is related to your network environment, carrier, subscription fees, etc.

Is the Quectel EG25-G used for Europe?
You can check whether the corresponding Band supports European operators.
Generally "G" stands for global, and can be used in most regions around the world.
Even if it is not fully supported, but can meet daily use.
