What modern day (WiFi6) products have I2C or SPI or additional GPIOs exposed on PCB?

Wondering if any recent GL-iNet offerings from WiFi6 era good for some hacking, mainly i’m looking at ways to use additional peripherals.

I recall the WiFi 4/5 days many had GPIO/I2C/SPI traces or even headers on PCB, along with official documentations. Are there still products like that in WiFi6 days?

Unfortunately, since very few customers have requested these features, none of our Wi-Fi 6 or higher products include these ports.
