Where is 192.168.9.1 coming from? I see it in network scanning software. To me I would think that was maybe DNS. Its not in my list of clients but I do see it in the logs? Just wondering
Is it just the guest network because all my guests are on 9.1 and the wired are on 8.1 I'm going with its the guest networks.That's why I can't ping 8.1 from a guest? They are separate but those guest networks are not like a vlan, are they?

It's the default guest network and will exist out of the box.
