Wifi 2.4G enabled but not visible - GL-AX1800

Hi erybody,
Recently, I realized that the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is not working. Checking in Luci’s dashboard, I see that the radio interface is enabled, but the Wi-Fi signal is not colored

Current config:

• GL-AX1800
• GL Technologies, Inc. AX1800
• ARMv7 Processor rev 4 (v7l)
• OpenWrt 21.02-SNAPSHOT r16399+157-c67509efd7
• Kernel 4.4.60

the problem:

No relevant changes have been made to the router. It just stopped working.

Enabling and disabling does not work.

If anyone has any idea what might be going on, I would be grateful for help.

Could be a hardware problem?

Do you have the gl-inet software installed? or did you flash to stock openwrt?
If the gl firmware is still there what happens if you log into it and go to wireless. Is 2.4 wifi showing on or off?

thanks @nktech1135 , yes I still have the Glinet software. When I go to the Dashboard I can see enabled the Wi-Fi button.
