Hi

Please open Terminal, running the following command and share the results with us so we can further check:

traceroute 8.8.8.8
ping google.com

If possible, you can connect the AX1800 to GoodCloud and share the connection with us for remote troubleshooting.
Technical Support via GoodCloud - GL.iNet Router Docs 4

I have activated google cloud

These are two commands, so please execute them individually.

Please PM me your device's MAC address and login password so we can access it.

Hi,

here the command results:

Does the VPN still show as connected when running these commands?

Could you post your WireGuard VPN server configuration with hidden key and public address here so we can check?

It appears the server and client are using the same WG interface address. Is this a typo or an actual configuration?
If it's not a typo, please try modifying the server address to 10.0.0.1/24 and test again.
