Wireguard crashing Slate AX

I am running a Slate AX on hotel WiFi. Everything connects and works fine. But Wireguard appears to be crashing and causing the router to reboot. It reboots and I can reconnect Wireguard. But it isn’t long before another crash.
Am running Firmware 4.1 Typerelease7

Checked the log and found the crash is caused by wifi.
