Wireless Bridge - Client wifi config does not persist across reboots

I am using an AC1300 to bridge my wireless network to a video conferencing cart (long story). I followed the bridging tutorial here and was able to get everything working great. However, the configuration does not want to persist across reboots. Specifically, the wireless client config does not persist. After a reboot, the device has a blue heartbeat-like LED pulse and doesn’t route. Upon accessing it’s static IP locally, the wireless client config is missing. Does GL inet overwrite that config? Is there any way to prevent that from happening?
Thanks for any ideas,
-Derek

Please try to stop gl repeater service

/etc/init.d/repeater stop
/etc/init.d/repeater disable
