Worst experience ever buying OnLine Store Marble (GL-B3000)+YIFU E-Commerce

Just to let Brazilian customer aware about my bad experience on GL.inet online Store Asia Pacific after purchase a Marble (GL-B3000) on March 19, 2026, because the e-commerce company named YIFU TNTERNATIONAL AGEL ECOMMRCE CO.,LTD shipped the good as standard shipment and now, since that they didn’t the proper international declaration DHL is charging me for Courier release fee (L1) US$4 + Administrative services (L3) US$24 (TOTAL US$28!!!! additional) considering that I already paid US$ 45.90 by the router and US$ 48.00 by the shipment! And I still should pay the Import tax (L2) US$42+ IVA US$20 that are the charge of customs, so it should be in total of US$184!!!

In the GL.inet store there is a note that says:”Please note we will ship from China and you will need to deal with customs clearance and pay customs duty.” but not says that I will have to pay the DHL extra services since that I paid US$ 48.00 for the shipment!!!

I already had purchase more then 10 routers and KVMs by Aliexpress and never had this kind of issue, but it looks like YIFU TNTERNATIONAL has low experience in international shipments and gets the on-line purchase very frustrating and very expensive despite the promotion.

I contact customer services and they informed that now the options are to pay for it or “if the package is returned to us, we will process a refund after deducting the actual return shipping…equivalent return is approximately $177 USD”(What??)

So I am very disappointed and frustrated, not with the products but with the online store Asia Pacific (I know that there are difference between regions) and I do not recommend it!
