Anyway, you have small issue tha" Ethernet adapter Ethernet 4 " which DNS server connected only your pc, not router .
Suppose connect DNS to router. So issue is DHCP router did wrong DNS setting or did manual DNS in windows?
What DNS should be used in the router?
Im using currently manual DNS 1.1.1.1
You could put 1.1.1.1 in your windows or router DHCP .
I just don't know where IP did wrong. I am thinking that your work laptop has hidden virtual network
I tried everything i could do, but it doesn't fix the issue. At the end, I've changed my VPN IP address and reset the router to factory settings. Now its working.
