X3000 uboot

I have an early X3000 (pre-ordered; delivered May'23) that has been great for nearly two years. But a recent reboot failed and it's providing the uboot interface on 192.168.1.1.

Attempting to load the 4.4.13 firmware failed with the "UPDATE FAILED.... Probably you have chosen wrong file" message. I did not choose the wrong file.

There are topics here discussing X3000 uboot firmware, such as this. That contains a firmware link, but also dire warnings about bricking the router.

So, which firmware should I be uploading to recover an X3000 that's in uboot mode?
