Just received my x3000 5g sim rounter and i bought a att prepaid 50gb data only sim card from att but the router will not connect to the internet. Any ideas? Thought this thougt was plug and play with att guess not
Did you click on auto or manual setup button ? Does the sim have any pin set ? Can you share the logs ?
I tried both ways. Had it at att store for 2 hours and they cant figure it out either.
