XE300(Puli) Device Abrupt Turnoff

OK.

i have many XE300 with firmware 3.203 and 3.217. and MCU 1.1.1 and 1.0.8

What is the best stable environnement of the global firmware and MCU ?

3.217 + MCU 1.0.8 ,After multiple tests, the upgrade is normal. Please wait for 100% progress. If the adapter is not inserted, the device needs to be powered on manually.

I have experienced a similar issue. Over the past two weeks, the GL-XE300 device has turned off all by itself for two times. After buying the device, I configured Wireguard, and put some script on it, but none that should lead to turning off the device.

The device has no SIM-card nor SD-card installed. Its own WiFi hotspot is turned on, and the WAN is connected for internet. Furthermore, the original USB-C charger is connected. And a USB serial device is plugged in (for wireless communication, not physically connecting electric wires or anything).

I’ll be happy to know if any new version exists that fixes this problem, or if it is at least known what the cause is.

Please downgrade MCU to version v1.0.8.

Please get the file from GL.inet support.

We have been using MCU version v1.0.8 from quite a long time with GL version v3.217. We didn’t see the issue.

The downgrade steps are mentioned in above comments and please make sure charger connected during downgrade, else device will get turned off.

Thanks & Regards
