XE300 purchased December 2022. Apparently the internal controller I read about in the forums didn't do a good job of charging with an emphasis on battery health...

20220520 would equal a late May 2022 manufacture date for the battery.
So the battery has failed 2 years after manufacture but, the device was not purchased until 7 months after manufacture.
Most likely, you should contact support by mail because this isn't an issue we can solve here in forum. Please contact support@glinet.biz
