ZTE Mobley via USB AC1200

I am trying to connect my GL-AC-1200 router through the normal config using my ZTE Mobley cellular modem model VM6200 from ATT connected through the USB port as a tether, the router is not recognizing the modem.
I bought this for its compatibility with 3G/4G.

Is there some specific add in app or settings I must configure?

The ZTE modem will connect only as a wifi repeater but this is not how I wanted to use the router/modem configuration.

The ZTE Mobley works fine connected to an ASUS router via USB and has been found to work with Tomato and DD-WRT so I would think it would work on your software.
I did upgrade firmware to 4.3.12

Are you using GL-SFT1200?

Do you have the log when you plug in the modem to the router?

Yes I am using the GL-SFT-1200. I have checked the logs and the router does not even recognize the ZTE VM6200 modem when plugged in. No log is recorded. Do I need a dial string?

Tom

At least some kernel log showing usb activities. Otherwise nothing can do.
