Aircove AX1800 to GL-AX1800 Flint Firmware

I was testing the ExpressVPN firmware for the GL-AX1800 Flint so I converted it to a Aircove AX1800. Now I want to go back to the original GL-AX1800 Flint Firmware. From the ExpressVPN firmware menu I can do a manual firmware update, but it won’t accept the file. I also tried the Uboot, but the reset sequence does not work.

Try this procedure:

Uboot on AX1800 does not work!

There is two ways of doing this. Serial: With Serial UART connected (Your going to need to solder headers) power on the device When the prompt comes up with press xv, press xv this will put you in a uboot shell In That uboot shell type httpd 192.168.132.1 Now in a web browser type http://192.168.132.1/uboot.html Now Download and Flash this file UBOOT Then Repeat the first 3 steps then open browser to `http://192.168.132.1’ and flash gl-inet firmware Reset Pin Method: With device powered…
