AR-750S looking for cellular data

Hi

First post here.

I bought an AR-750-S for my boat but the marina wifi is so bad, I should have purchased the GL-X750.

If I buy a usb modem, will the AR-750 basically perform the same function, connect to cellular data and let me use it as a wifi hotspot on the boat?

Yes, pls choose “hostless” modems, also called hilink by huawei.

these modems sometime has wifi itself. It works as tethering.
