AX1800: Unable to connect to Nord Dedicated IP via OpenVPN

I recently reset my router. It now has firmware v 4.2.3 the setup of which is nothing like the previous version. I am unable to load my Nord Dedicated IP config, it just says ‘The client is starting, please wait…’. The log files looks like this:

If I use the Nord app onmy tablet the dedicated IP works fine. Can anyone suggest what the problem is?

Many thanks for the info. I assumed that as I can use my Dedicated IP with the Nord App the fault was with the router!
