Beryl AX: Missing Feature (URGENT)

Hello,

Recently a Beryl AX MT 3000 Router was purchased. I am a long-time user and fully aware of the devices and have many. However, this time around I was shocked to find that my device had the following problems that I need urgently fixed.

  1. VPN client and server etc. are completely missing from the admin panel.
  2. The admin panel says CN on the right.

Both GLI and the seller advertised clearly the functionalities including VPN. IT should have it.

Further, I tried downloading firmware and updating again and it still has the same issues.

The whole point was VPN. No other reason to buy this device for me.

Hi,
have you tryied to reset completly the router to the initial firmware or manually update it to the latest version?

Will not be included in devices bought in China, to confirm to laws. India might be next.
