@minmie ok, thanks for that, just for i don’t order and return products → couple of questions.
question 1: RM1PE → I understand that BETA will be available next week, do i understand correctly that once released and if device is enrolled to “Join Beta Program” then i shall see it as an option to update firmware of my device?
question 2 → RM1PE → if beta is to be released next week, is Alpha already available to download from somewhere?
question 3 → RM1PE → when will stable version be released
question 4 → GL-RM10 → is Alpha already available, if so, where can i download it?

Camera passthrough for M. teams is only thing stopping me from changing from current 2 router set up can't wait to just have GL KVM and get rid of routers all cable set ups , drops ect 
.

We are currently short on testing personnel, so models other than RM1/RM10 may have their Beta releases next week, while the Release might be around early August.

I’m currently running v1.10.0 BETA2 (RM10). When I enable the Camera feature (which only offers the Transfer - WebRTC (FEC) option), my work computer detects the camera, but the video feed is completely black.
I’m using a MacBook running macOS Tahoe 26.4 (25E246) with the built-in camera. The camera indicator turns green on my Mac when I enable the feature, so it seems the camera is being accessed, but no image is transmitted.
Is this a known issue, or is there anything I can try to get it working?

use the chrome browser it works there, I get this too when I use the app on my MAC, I’m guessing the app is not designed for this yet
Same issue here even when use the chrome browser, and the video is very unstable, unlike the mic/image
Is it also like this on the local network?

Looks and feels good quality build product, just waiting on roll out of 1.10 to get camera and sound for Microsoft Teams pass through to be rolled out for it 
Yep! Tried on local and via tailscale, kvm and the device both on ethernet, controlling device on wifi.
Try connecting the controlling device via Ethernet as well.
