as title says, do i need to SSH into router and backup the adguard home folders to save the adguard config, or will it be included in the router backup using luci? luci seems to backup the adguard config.yaml file, but i dont see teh data folder which contains filters, etc..

You can check which files are included in the LuCI.
In LuCI, go to System → Backup / Flash Firmware:
Under Configuration, click Open list... and confirm that /etc/AdGuardHome/config.yaml is included.
If you would like to include any additional files or directories, add their full paths to the list, one path per line, and then click Save.
