Will we be able to do that with DoH at some point soon? Is that planned, on the roadmap?

We will support manual configuration in version 4.8, allowing users to configure any service provider they need.

And thanks for confirming this. I should clarify, what I want is some information about which exact server is being used to be available/presented in the UI. Maybe with a little info i button or click for more details link or simply have the server address visible in the list. So when selecting a server I know exactly which one I am using.

I think those details/information should be available in the server list. Until we can add custom encrypted DNS ourselves I want to know which server I am using and don't want to have to guess or assume or have to ask which server is being used.

I understand all of this, it's part of our plan. But it will come later than the manual setup feature.
