eSIM EIOT Club (YOZAX.com profile supported? No working)

Hi, my eSIM that I bought here works with the 1GB free plan. I´m trying to download an eSIM profile from another site (yozax.com). However, after downloading the eSIM profile with the QR code, I get the following error log. Why?

Download profile: 90%
Download profile fail: maybe this profile has been downloaded repeatedly by other devices or the current device, please check it or use other esim profile to test, if you confirm this is first time download, you can copy this logs to contact GL.iNet support get help.

Err message:Auth server failed. |
Ac code:LPA:1$rsp-eu.redteamobile.com$FAB1C.....

Tried another one from (roamless.com). Also doesn´t work, this time with another error message:

Please try setting the APN in the profile: bicsapn or america.bics

If no luck, please export the esim log

Now nothing works, even after reboots ...


Please bring the device to share with us via the GoodCloud?
I will check the esim configuration and log remotely.

May I know what issue?
What router model and modem model?
is there not eSIM manage or the eSIM can not download the profile?

  1. Please upgrade the latest router firmware:
    Physical eSIM and Puli GL-XE300 - #6 by Hoff

  2. If the modem model is EP06-E, please upgrade the latest modem firmware:
    Upgrade EP06-E Firmware to Support eSIM

I'm having the same issue. I'm on the latest firmware version of the GL-X3000 — version 4.0, firmware type: 0704release5 — and the same thing is happening. It got stuck at 90%, I restarted, and now it doesn't go past 20–30%. I believe the eSIM may have gotten blocked somehow. You clearly mention that in many cases the profile can only be downloaded once — could it have been blocked after the cancellation at 90%?

ok, in my case the eSIM Vodafone from Portugal is not compatible with EIOT Club.
