eSIM Management menu missing (Mudi V2)

Previously I was running Firmware v4.3.19 on my Mudi V2, and the "eSIM Management" menu was accessible under Applications.

I have since updated to the latest Firmware v4.3.25 and the "eSIM Management" menu is now missing.

Is this a bug introduced in the new firmware version? How can I access this menu? What is the URL extension for the eSIM Management menu?

Hello Boardies

I'm having the same problem with three devices.
After updating to v4.3.25, the eSIM Management app disappeared on all three devices.
Downgrading to v4.3.19 or 21 also didn't work.

Are there any solutions available?

Best regards, Anyone

Add me as another who lost eSim application on the upgrade to 4.3.25.

Like others have stated, downgrading to 4.3.21 did not restore it.

Loading the beta 4.3.19 did bring the app back.

Further, these releases do not seem to have the captive portal login feature. I miss that one very much.

Same issue

Hello Boardies

Today I experimented a bit and downgraded to firmware v4.3.19 .

The “eSIM Management” tab has reappeared on two of my three devices. However, the EIOT eSIMs can no longer be selected in the seed profile.

Also, the status of the card, such as ICCID and traffic, is no longer displayed in the seed profile.
It only says “Ready” there.

One added eSIM from Deutsche Telekom can be selected, the second from O2 / Telefonica is no longer available.

However, they are still visible in the EIOT app but can no longer be activated.

Do I now have to buy two new physical EIOT eSIMs and reorder my eSIMS and download and install them again or is there another option?

Hope for help

No Help ?? ;-(

Currently, none of the stable releases in our firmware download center include eSIM functionality. Version v4.3.23 is a special version specifically developed and designed for eSIM. Since v4.3.23 is not yet stable, the subsequent versions v4.3.25 and v4.3.27 were based on the latest stable version at the time, v4.3.18.

Now, given the growing number of users adopting eSIM, we are committed to integrating this feature into future stable releases.

Hi @Anyone If the esim profile has been installed but is not functioning properly, please check whether the esim profile has expired.
If this esim requires a special APN, pls configure it through cellular manual Setup mode, and then see if you can connect to the network.
