Would be nice, if GLinet could implement a WOL feature into the 4.x fw web interface on the “Clients” tab. As a workaround you can use etherwake and luci, but thats a bit annoying to handle. I also have the issue, that LUCI randomly makes the router crash when login in and I have not found out yet whats causing it. The moment you login it shows the “reloading/updating” and then nothing is happening anymore and you cant reach the ip anymore 192.168.8.1 after some minutes it is working again.
I would also like to have this feature. Using LUCI works, but is a little cumbersome. Fritzbox Routers also have the option to automatically send a wol packet if a client is accessed and not online. Such a feature would be really nice.
I have exactly the same issue. Would greatly appreciate this feature!
