2. ..should i put AdGuard configuration DNS/IP into Flint2 DNS configuration?
Can router should be a DNS for itself?

No, you don't need to modify anything.
AdGuard Home will take care of everything.
So why my ADGUARD is puling the DNS from my provider rather than from those which i put in ADGUARD (second and third position)?
Did you enable „AdGuard Home handels clients directly“ by chance? Do you use any other devices with manual DNS settings? How does your DNS config in AdGuard Home looks like?
Disable "AdGuard Home Handle Client Requests" and enable Network > DNS > Override DNS Settings of All Clients

i lost the CLIENT LIST on ADGUARD and see only one IP for the whole network
is there any tutorial how to proper start and configure the AdGuard?
If you mean "Adguard Home" is pulling DNS from your ISP server, not the server you configured in Adguard Home, then it seems a problem of Adguard Home configure only.
What is your list upstream DNS servers?

ok - it looks like it worked only when im put AdGuard DNS to my network card configuration manual. Automatic option for all Clients does not work at all. From some reason my network cards are recieving DNS from my ISP instead of ADG.

Sounds like your network topology isn't correct.
Can you give us an overview about how you connected each device and how you connected your Flint 2?
Show me your screenshot your configuration Adguard home after upstream . Sometime if quad DNS ping higher then find alternative low ping . That's looks like ignored listen from your list upstream.
Its not complicated and looks like this
Few general info:
- Switch is non-managable
- AdGuard works on FLINT2
- DNS are on FLINT2

Those 109... comes from ISP - but i dont really know why - i thought that all DNS will come from ADGUARD (FLINT2)...
