Are you looking for a step-by-step guide to create WAN3 via Luci, or are you requesting a feature that would make configuring WAN3 as straightforward as WAN2 which could easy configure on GL UI?

As mentioned earlier, this is not currently supported in the GL UI.
We will submit it as a feature request to our product manager to evaluate whether it can be implemented in a future release.
