When my Flint 2 boots at the same time as my modem, the internet doesn't connect. Instead, the Ethernet 1 status alternates between "No cable detected" and "Connecting...". This continues until I restart the Flint 2 (leaving the modem on), after which point the internet works again. During the outage, the modem presents as ready (all lights solid green) and the connectivity on the LAN (both wired and wireless) is fine.
Any suggested fixes or work-arounds? My problem seems very similar to this post, but I couldn't find a resolution there.

Hi.
My post was already some time ago. After many attempts I gave up. I moved Flint 2 to behind an old router and it is now on my lan 10.0.0.0 - it continues to run in rouer mode serving its LAN 192.168.8.0. In this configuration it works flawlessly. I may have more opportunity to test it over the weekend.
Thanks for replying AryaHuang, I'll post here instead of in the email. I removed the file and tried again but unfortunately I still get the same behaviour.
