When I try to add Surshark, I always get an error.

We have tested this locally using ATX1800 v4.8.2 and were unable to reproduce the issue.
Surfshark is able to log in, retrieve VPN node information, and connect successfully on our end.
To help us investigate further, could you please:
- Confirm your device model?
- Share your device with us via GoodCloud so that we can have a remote check? You can follow the tutorial below to enable sharing. Once done, please send us a private message with your:
- MAC Address
- Admin Panel login password
- Surfshark account credentials
