I’ve had the same problem with NordVPN. Luckily at the moment most of the time I’m using a browser based VPN client so can turn on and off at will.
I test the PureVPN on Mac OS and Windows 10, goodcloud.xyz is accessible.

I tested the NordVPN on windows 10 before, goodcloud.xyz is not accessible, I will double check this situation tomorrow.

The VPN I am using is proton vpn.
I tried putting in the IP address directly in browser to no success but did not spend much time trying to make it work. I am using a chromebook so there is no easily accessible host file either.
If there has been a change, it is goodcloud.xyz is still not connecting for me.

As it is a new account, I believe that the full access trial period (and access to all servers) should be available for one week starting now.
It looks like DNS of NordVPN problem, set the hosts of your OS fix your problem.

2FA is available now.
Have tested 2FA and appears to working just fine with Authy (rather than Google Authenticator).
Hopefully just gives an extra level of security.
